Meet Our Staff

Betsy Jensen grew up here in Provo and attended BYU for her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She graduated with her Master's in Physical Therapy from Duke University in 1999. She has worked as a Physical Therapist in outpatient and acute care, early intervention and for the school district. She has a busy home life with four kids under the age of 6. She likes scrapbooking, making jewelry and working out in her spare time.
After discovering the great benefits of Physical Therapy, Sergio Orozco decided to become a Physical Therapist. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy. Sergio has experience in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Spinal Cord Injuries, Amputees and Pediatrics. He has also been trained in Neuro Development Treatment and in the Intensive Model of Therapy/Neuro-suit field. Sergio has an intense passion for learning and an everlasting love for his wife and twin boys. Sergio enjoys running, reading and writing poetry, and hopes to soon complete a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Nacole Jackson graduated from Provo College as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Nacole has worked in many physical therapy settings including acute care, inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, industrial PT, and pediatrics. She also has more than 10 years experience working with children in various teaching fields and is excited to integrate her physical therapy and teaching knowledge to help patients learn and achieve their therapy goals.
Mikel Ellsworth graduated from Salt Lake Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2003. She has worked in several settings including: spine rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic, inpatient, home health, and currently pediatrics. Mikel loves spending time with her husband and family, backpacking, playing tennis, decorating her house, and running.
Erica Brevard is the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant at Now I Can. She began at Now I Can in the Fall of 2011. Erica oversees the volunteers, scheduling of patients, insurance billing, communication with the patientÕs families, and being TraceyÕs right hand woman. She recently returned home from a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from the Utah Salt Lake City Temple Square Mission. She attended Texas A&M University for three years previous to her mission and plans to now stay in Utah to finish up her degree in English and Communications. She is a born and raised Texas girl who loves a good BBQ, fried food, and the guaranteed happily ever after that comes from being a southern belle."
Natalie Walker graduated with honors from Provo College as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is experienced in aquatic therapy, outpatient orthopedics, and acute care. Natalie had her own experience with physical therapy at a young age, and decided she wanted to help others progress and reach rehabilitation goals. She is especially adept at working with children, and enjoys their beautiful spirits and fun personalities.
Natalie was on Utah's top competitive soccer team for six years, and coached a children's team for a season. She is also an accomplished musician, and loves singing, spending time with her family, and learning new things.
Jordan Brown graduated from Provo College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2004. She became a Physical Therapist Assistant with the desire to be involved in a pediatric setting. This desire was created when her younger sister was born with Down syndrome. As she witnessed her sister grow and reach physical goals through physical therapy Jordan knew she wanted to help other children reach their goals. She loves to run, read, and spend time with her husband and three kids.
Joel & Tracey Christensen are the founders of the Now I Can Foundation. Tracey currently serves as the executive director of Now I Can while Joel handles the accounting and finance functions. Both Joel and Tracey graduated from Brigham Young University. They have three children and enjoy spending time together as a family.

Kym Nelson
James Frary, is currently VP of Information Technology for Nu Skin Enterprises, a billion dollar direct marketing company. In this role Jim is responsible for defining and implementing the corporate strategies for technology across the enterprise. Over the last 25 years, Mr. Frary has worked for several Fortune 500 companies obtaining experience across multiple industries. Past experience includes: EDS, Computer Science Corp, Ameritech, First Health, Control Data Corp. Mr. Frary is also involved with several entrepreneurial startups, and enjoys giving back to his community through service. Mr. Frary earned a B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and the Society of Information Management (SIM).

Riley Alexander is a graduate of Payson High School and is a Master Herbalist graduate of the School Of Natural Healing. Through life experiences and the School of Natural Healing Riley has developed a passion for nutrition, health, alternative healing & working with nature to help the body naturally. Riley currently works for Wholistic Botanicals as their Master Herbalist and helps those looking for safe alternative methods to help improve their bodies. Riley's hobbies include spending time with his wife and 3 daughters, Atlanta Braves baseball, riding his motorcycle, basketball, football, skydiving, biking, hiking or anything out doors.
Brooke Walker is the co-host of Studio 5, Utah's #1 local lifestyle program, and KSL's new prime time show "We Are Utah." She also presents the "Family Focus" series on KSL News at 5, and is the host/producer of "Footprints of Faith," a semi-annual program that features people of faith, and their inspiring stories. Brooke began her career as a news reporter and producer for KSL 5 News.
A homegrown Utah girl, Brooke is actively involved in her community and enjoys speaking to local groups and organizations, particularly to youth. She is proud of her work with a variety of charitable organizations, including Operation Smile and Primary Children's Medical Center.
Brooke attended Brigham Young University, where she studied Broadcast Communications. Prior to her time at KSL, Brooke worked for the Public Affairs Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as an associate producer.
Brooke loves finding inspiration from other people's life experiences and enjoys sharing those stories with viewers. In her spare time, you can find Brooke curled up with a good read or cashing in on quality "girl time" with her three sisters. Also high on the list: shopping, working out and anything chocolate.
