Physical Therapist

Mark grew up in Hatch, UT, a small town in Southern Utah where he loved to camp, hunt, fish, and play as many sports as possible with his six brothers. He continues to do the same activities with his wife and four children. Mark graduated from Southern Utah University with his Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education and Health. He completed a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at St. Augustine University in Florida. He has experience in many settings including Orthopedics Outpatient Clinic, Home Health care, Skilled Nursing Facility, and now Pediatrics. He loves Physical Therapy because he feels he can assist in bettering people’s lives.

Nacole Jackson

Physical Therapist Assistant

Nacole Jackson graduated from Provo College as a Physical Therapist Assistant with high honors. Nacole has worked in many physical therapy settings including acute care, inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, industrial PT, and pediatrics. She also has more than 10 years experience working with children in various teaching fields and is excited to integrate her physical therapy and teaching knowledge to help patients learn and achieve their therapy goals.

Brittany grew up in Sandy, UT where she graduated from Jordan High School, and will forever be a Beetdigger. She then went on to Dixie State College on a dance/ academic scholarship, where she obtained her Associates degree. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah, and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Provo College. She has been married for 6 years with two little crazy boys. She has worked as a PTA in many different settings, but mainly Orthopedic with emphasis on the geriatric population. She was so excited to get this job and work with a younger population, that will help her to continue to learn and grow in this field. She loves seeing people get better and achieve their goals, especially the little ones!

Tracey Christensen

Joel and Tracey Christensen are the founders of the Now I Can Foundation. Tracey is currently the Executive Director while Joel serves as the treasurer on the board of directors. Both Joel and Tracey graduated from Brigham Young University. They have three children and enjoy spending time together as a family.

Melissa Chalk grew up in Vista, CA. She moved to Utah to attend BYU and stayed.  She loves to read, travel, cook, sing in the car, sit on the beach, and spend time with family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the Now I Can team!

Jennifer Harmon

Development Director

Jennifer Harmon is Now I Can’s Director of Development. Jennifer has a strong history in business development and direct sales. Most recently she was the Business Development Director at Jamberry, where she grew the start-up company from 80 Independent Consultants to over 130,000 in less than four years. Because of her passion for philanthropy, Jennifer launched Jamberry’s Commitment to Charity, which has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to worthy causes over the years.

When the time came for Jennifer to fulfill her dream of working with a nonprofit—Now I Can was Jennifer’s charity of choice. Now I Can is grateful to have her energy, talents and experience on our team! Jennifer leads our donor relations and digital media marketing.

Sage Reiley

Physical Therapist Assistant

Sage Reiley was born in Roosevelt, Utah. She was first introduced to Physical Therapy when a therapist came into her family home to help her little brother who has Down Syndrome. The interest led Sage to attend the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Provo College from 2013-2015. She started working at Now I Can in May 2015. Sage currently resides in the Provo area. She enjoys outdoor activities like cycling, running, hiking, camping, and cooking. She loves spending time with my family and friends. She enjoys making kids smile and helping them achieve new goals.
